Our work has covered a broad range of strategic challenges that face senior executives. We have worked in and for public and private firms spanning diverse industries including service, manufacturing, financial, distribution, and technology. Separated Two $1 Billion Investment Advisory Firms

Worked with CEO and executive committee in identifying, developing, and executing a transition strategy and structure. Developed an implementation plan identifying opportunities and challenges to success. Provided on-going guidance and assistance in execution during 12-month implementation period.

Transformed Manufacturing Organization

Led, in conjunction with the general manager, all phases of the business transformation. Changed the operation from make-to-stock to make-to-order; changed operational flow; reengineered product lines; shifted the sales and marketing focus; restructured finance, accounting, human resources, and administration functions. Implemented new information technology including: engineering, manufacturing execution, and enterprise resources planning systems.

Restructured Board and Corporate Governance

Provided newly formed professional services firm with framework for developing and adopting a set of corporate governance guidelines and principles. Developed structure for committees of the board, and implanted and managed effective governance for the firm over time.

Consolidated Customer Service Operations

Led the planning and execution to consolidate customer service from nine facilities into one regional service center. This included the build out, technology implementation, system consolidation, process definition, training, and hiring required to launch the new facility.

Built the Management Team for a Second-Generation Family Business

Helped the family transition leadership responsibility to a new management team. Defined the process for interaction between family and management. Created appropriate methods for dealing with unique situations between and within the business and family.

Supported Launch of National Wireless Service Provider

Developed detailed distribution processes for each of five marketing channels. Worked within tight deadlines and in highly dynamic environment preparing the organization for launch with hiring, training, and policy and procedure documentation.

Positioned Early Stage Technology Company for Equity Investment

Helped founder and CEO, Board, and Investor Group make the appropriate choices at key strategic junctures, including attracting talent, refining the business model, and developing new relationships and partnerships for success.
